What is [Monthly Dara Day]?
It is a special ritual program held only once a month on the green lawn of Composition.
Embracing a calm and firm attitude toward life, yoga to awaken the body, a cup of tea to soothe the mind, and even a profile photo shoot to capture your complete moments. We invite you to a monthly ritual that places a solid pause in your daily life.
1. Yoga practice on fresh grass / 60 minutes (Open to all levels)
2. Dara-day Daily Tea Gathering
3. Yoga profile photo shoot (optional)
Yoga mat provided
We plan to take yoga snapshots after the one-hour outdoor yoga class while drinking prepared daily tea.
The original and edited footage will be delivered to your individual email at a later date via a cloud link.

“Light filming is scheduled during today's class to capture the natural scenery of the practice. If you are uncomfortable being filmed, please feel free to let us know before the class begins.
