Jeju Yoga Experience for Everyone, Enjoyed in Hamdeok, East Jeju
Located in Hamdeok on the east side of Jeju, Dara Yoga Studio operates Jeju Yoga One-Day classes as all-level programs open to everyone from beginners to advanced practitioners. Instructors guide students through movements tailored to their individual condition and skill level, while providing personalized advice and guidance.
We conduct classes in a tranquil atmosphere filled with soft natural light, large windows overlooking the ridges of Hallasan Mountain, and the sounds of birds and wind. We help loosen up bodies stiffened by travel and reconnect with the senses and breath you may have lost in your daily life.

Jeju Yoga one-day classes are available outside of the regular schedule. Please feel free to inquire.
When the weather permits, we open all the folding doors for classes. You can practice while feeling the natural breeze and the sound of birds.

- I place great importance on the balance of body and mind. I hope you do not focus solely on creating the right posture, but also pay attention to your breath and the movements of your mind in that moment.
- Class begins From 15 minutes ago Entry is permitted. Please be sure to note the time, as entry is not allowed once the class begins.
- Classes other than regular classes (refer to timetable) Minimum 3 people The class may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not met. Please note that we will send you a confirmation text message one day before the class.
- Shared yoga mats are available. Changing rooms are available, but there are no showers.
- There are 3 parking spaces available in front of the yoga studio.
- Alternatively, if you enter through the parking lot entrance on the left while facing the two-story building next to the yoga studio, you can park comfortably in the spacious area.
